This section displays all the reports, available to the current user. A report is a selection of data, systematized by certain criteria and intended for analysing the activity of the users and the company in general.
By default this section allows generating the following system reports:
Report on schedule compliance– displays detailed information about the tasks of an ELMA user over a selected period: assigned, completed and overdue tasks and so on.
List of category records– displays the list of all the documents, registered in a particular category in a particular year. This report is available only if the user has the ECM+ application activated.
The Reports section is only available to users with the required access permissions. By default, only the system administrator has access to this section and all the system reports. The permissions are assigned by the system administrator in Administration - Basic Applications - Reports - Access Permissions for the Reports Module or Administration - Users - Access settings - Global access settings - Reports - Access to the "reports" module. For more information on assigning access permissions, see the respective Help section.
