To find information on the installed and available for installation ELMA components, go to Administration – System – Components (fig. 1).
The Components section contains:

Data boxes with the information on each ELMA components.

Select available components and install them. When you click this button, a dialog box opens (fig. 2), in which you need to select the components (by checking boxes). After that, click Install.

Click Yes in the opened dialog box and wait until the selected components are installed. ELMA Server will be restarted during the installation.

Add a new system activation key.
|
|
Copy the information on the ELMA licenses and modules to the clipboard. When you click this button, a dialog box with the copied text opens (fig. 3). Select the required part of the text and click Copy. By default, the entire text is selected.

The components search form is at the top of the page. By default, this list displays all the installed components. The list can be filtered by the component name.
The search form (below the search string) contains buttons. Click the buttons to filter by the following parameters:

Installed Displays all the installed system components. The number of components is displayed to the right of the button name;

Available Displays all the system components available for installation. The number of components is displayed to the right of the button name. You can also find many components on ELMA Store.
When a button is active, it has a dark-yellow highlighting. The number of components in the group is displayed to the right of the button name.

By default, the data boxes contain:
-
Component name, version and author;
-
Number of licenses (for components, whose licenses are used separately);
-
License expiry date or the License Expired message (for components that use time-limited licenses). Please note that 7 days prior to license expiration all users included in the Administrators group will receive a message with a list of modules and their license expiration date;
-

-
Activate button (only for inactive components);
-
-
Enable button (only for disabled components).
When you click the component name, a dialog box with the component additional information (fig. 5) opens.

This dialog box contains:
-
The component name, version, author and the number of activated licenses, license expiration date or License Expired message (for components that use time-limited licenses). Please note that 7 days prior to license expiration all users included in the Administrators group will receive a message with a list of modules and their license expiration date; and a brief description of the component;

The Additional Information section, which displays the information on the component code and packages.
At the bottom of the dialog box is the Configure Access button. Click this button to go to the editing page of the user group, with permissions to work with this component. To close the dialog box, click Close.
Install/Enable Components
ELMA components, available for installation/enabling have the Install (fig. 6) or Enable (fig. 7) button in the data boxes.

When you click Install, the component installation dialog box (fig. 2) opens where all available components are displayed. By default, the box to the left of the current component name will be checked. If you want to select another component, check the box to the left of its name and click Install.
The selected component will be installed. Before the installation starts, a dialog box (fig. 8), with warning on the server restart, will open. Click Yes in this box. The server will be restarted. During the component installation and the server restart, working with the system will be unavailable.

When you click Yes, you will see a notification that component files are being copied to this computer (Fig. 9). This process may take a long time. Wait until all the files are installed.

Once the component is installed, the server will be restarted. While the component is being installed and the server is being restarted, the system will be unavailable.
You will see the notification when the server is restarted (fig. 10). Click on the link in the notification window to go to the System Main Page.

ELMA components, available for activation, have the Activate button in their data boxes (fig. 11).

When you click this button, a dialog box for registering an activation key (fig. 12) opens. Enter the activation key and click Add. The selected component will be activated.

To obtain the activation key, contact an ELMA representative or Partner, from whom you bought the base license. To learn more about getting the activation key, see the respective Help section.
