Access to Folders

You can assign access permissions only if you have Manage Permissions access. To change access permissions to a folder:

click Actions – Configure Access in the toolbar of the folder page (Fig. 1);

select Access Permissions in the context menu of the required folder (Fig. 2).

In the dialog box (Fig. 3), set the required access permissions to the folder and click Save.

Inherit parent folder permissions – allows you to add the parent folder permissions to this folder.

This dialog box contains two units.

Parent folder permissions displays all the users with their permissions to this folder. Access permissions in this unit can not be changed. This unit appears when Inherit parent folder permissions box is checked.

Extra permissions unit allows to assigning access permissions to this folder. To set additional permissions, click

under the table. In the appeared window, select the required object and click Select. The object will be added to Extra permissions unit (Fig. 3). Check the boxes of the necessary access permission levels and click Save.
