In ELMA you can create documentation for business processes.
Process documentation- is a web page with internal links, which contains all the technical information about the process: process map, swimlanes, metrics and KPIs, context variables, process model elements, transitions, scripts.
You can find process documentation in the Processes – Documentation section (fig. 1). It consists of two subsections:
The My Processes subsection contains all the documentation of the processes, in which the current user is the owner or supervisor.

When you click on a process name, the process documentation page opens (fig. 2). This page contains a table with the list of published process versions and information:
A Documentation link is available only for those process versions, for which it was created, i.e. the Generate Documentation field was selected in ELMA Designer when publishing.

All Documents
The All Documents subsection displays the tree of all the processes, like the one in ELMA Designer (fig. 3). This subsection is available only for those users, who have full access to the Documentation section. This access is assigned in Administration - Users - Access Settings - Global Access Settings - Processes - Full access to the Documentation section.
Next to the process, you can see the number of its published version.
