You can configure global access settings of the Reports section in Administration – Users – Access Settings – Global Access Settings, Reports unit. To learn more about the global settings, see the respective Help section.
You can assign access permissions to published reports in Administration – Users – Access Settings – Reports.
Fig. 1 illustrates an example of the Access Settings – Reports page with published reports.

To assign permissions to one of the reports, click its name. On the opened page (fig. 2) click the Add button, select the required users in the opened dialog box and click Select – Save.

The selected users/roles will be able to work with this report in the Reports section of Web Application.
To delete a user/role from the list on the permissions assigning page (fig. 2), click the button, to the left of the required user/role.
