To start scanning, place a document into a scanner and click Scan when Adding a Version (Fig. 1).

In the opened ELMA Agent dialog box (Fig. 2), select the necessary settings and click Save settings.

In the opened dialog box (Fig. 3), click Scan. To scan two-sided documents, click Duplex (it will be displayed only if your scanner supports duplex scanning).

In the opened dialog box (Fig. 4), configure the necessary settings and click Scan.

In the next dialog box (Fig. 5) you will see the scanned images. To save them, click Save.

In the ELMA Agent dialog box (Fig. 3), click Send. The scanned images will be uploaded in the .pdf format and will be displayed on the document page in the Version unit (Fig. 6).

To save changes, fill in the required fields and click Save in the page toolbar. To learn more about creating a document, see the respective Help section.
