System Reports

Report – is a selection of data, systematized by certain parameters and intended for analysing activity of the users and the company in general.

By default, you can generate the following reports in ELMA:

Aggregate report on schedule compliance – displays statistics on user tasks over a certain period: the number of assigned, completed and overdue tasks.
Report on document task compliance – displays the list of document-based tasks. This report shows the list of all the tasks, executors, end dates and statuses.
Report on business activity – displays all the tasks, relationships, calendar events, deals and leads over a certain period on selected ELMA users.
Report on schedule compliance – displays detailed information about the tasks of an ELMA user over a selected period: assigned, completed and overdue tasks and so on.
List of category records – displays the list of all the documents, registered in a particular category in a particular year. This report is available only if the user has the ECM+ application activated.
