Access to Calendar


In ELMA, you can view calendars of other users, if you have the respective access permissions. It allows scheduling working time according to other employees schedules.
You can assign access to view your calendar, if the system administrator has granted you the respective permissions in Administration – Users – Access Settings. To assign access to view your calendar, click Access Settings in the drop-down menu of the Calendars button (fig. 1).

In the opened window (fig. 2), click and select the users, to assign access to. Then check the boxes with the required permissions – View Events, Edit Events or Full Access - and click .

View Events – access to view the calendar events.
Edit Events – access to view, add and edit the calendar events.
Full Access – access to view, add and edit the calendar events and assign access to the calendar.
