Yes / No


The Yes / No type is used for storing Boolean data. When you select "Yes", the True value is written to the variable, and when you select "No" – the False value.
In Web Application, a Yes / No field looks as shown in Fig. 1 and 2 which feature an editing form of a property.

Yes / No type settings in ELMA Designer

When you select Yes / No in the Type * field, additional fields appear on the Common and Advanced tabs apart from the basic fields.
Common tab
Fig. 3 shows the additional fields that appear if the Date / Time type is selected on the Common tab.

Display Mode – select the property display mode in Web Application:
 
Switch – allows selecting Yes or No (fig. 1).
 
Flag – allows checking or unchecking the box (fig. 2).
Can be empty – if this box is checked, the field can be empty. If you leave the field empty in Web Application, the default value will be NULL.
Default Value – when this box is checked, the variable has the Yes value in Web Application.
