CRM


You can configure the CRM settings in Administration – CRM+.
Fig. 1 illustrates an example of the CRM+ page.

By default, the CRM+ page includes:
Categories – allows creating and editing contractor and lead categories in the Category List object.
Category Assignment Rules – allows creating and editing rules for assigning contractor and lead categories.
Access Permissions – allows configuring access permissions for the CRM objects. You can assign permissions to the CRM objects in Administration – Users – Access Settings – CRM or in Administration – CRM+. See the respective Help section. Global access settings of the CRM module are in Administration – Users – Access Settings – Global Access Settings, CRM unit. To learn more about global settings, see the respective Help section. General settings of the CRM section are in Administration – System – System Settings, General Settings of the "CRM+" Module unit.
Access permissions to fields and properties – allows configuring access permissions to fields and properties of CRM objects, i.e. to properties of an object instance (hide/show properties according to user access permissions). For more information, see the respective Help section.

To search a country, click . You can add a new country, if you have the respective permissions. To do so, click .

Duplicates scoring table  this section of ELMA allows configuring the duplicates scoring table (for identifying lead duplicates).
Objects – the list of objects, for working with the CRM module.
