The Policies tab allows you to specify task inputs and outputs.
Unlike the process context which is the process content in ELMA BPM, policies are used as a means of informational and logistic support of the process in your company.
Input is the information, documents, materials and equipment transferred to the executor to successfully complete the task.
Output is the information, documents, materials and equipment the executor must create while executing the current task.
Process inputs and outputs can be external and internal:
External - inputs and outputs are used for communication with a process participant outside of the company.
Internal - are used for communication with a process participant who works for the company.
In addition to the task inputs and outputs that you specify on the Policies tab, it is necessary to specify the inputs and outputs of the process.
