The My Processes portlet (fig. 1) shows the list of currently active processes of the user (the user is defined as the responsible, participant or initiator of the process). It also displays current process tasks and their executors.

Process instances table gives all the data on a particular process.
Clicking on the name of a process will open its page.
If you click on the name of a process instance, it will open the process instance page.
Clicking the Map link will open the process map in a new browser tab.
The header of the portlet shows its name that can be changed in the portlet settings. It also contains the following buttons:
- the portlet is expanded. Clicking this button will collapse it..
- the portlet is collapsed. Clicking this button will expand it.
Features of the My Processes portlet settings (fig. 2):
Show information for all processes - the portlet will show all processes from the My Processes section and their instances. If there are no instances of the process, then it will show the process name and the note that there are no process instances.
Show information for selected processes only - the portlet will display only the instances of the selected processes.
Show information for selected filter only – it is necessary to select a filter to sort the information shown in this portlet.
