Report on business activity shows all the tasks, relationships, calendar events, deals and leads over a certain period on selected ELMA users. You can generate a report on business activity on one or several users. The data in the report are grouped by users or dates.
Generating a report on business activity
To generate a report on business activity, go to the Reports section and click Report on business activity (fig. 1).

On the opened page (fig. 2), specify the required parameters and click Show Report in the toolbar of the page.

Parameters
Start Date, Due Date – start and due dates of the period for generating a report.
Employees – group the data in the report by users;
Dates – group the data in the report by the object creation dates.
Employees - select users, for generating a report. If you leave this field empty, the report will be generated on all the system users, including the locked users.

The report page contains the Parameters unit and a data table.
When you click on the Parameters unit, the form for specifying parameters opens (fig. 2). If necessary, the user can change the parameters and click Show Report. The data in the report will be updated and the page will display a new report according to the specified parameters.
The data in the table can be grouped by employees or dates. The table consists of the following columns:
Name – name of the object (task, relationship, calendar event, etc.);
Time – creation time of the object (task, relationship, calendar event, etc.);
Author – ELMA user, who created the object (task, relationship, calendar event, etc.);
Description – description of the object (task, relationship, calendar event, etc.).
There is a Comments unit below objects (relationships, tasks, etc.), to which comments were added. Click on the unit to open it and view comments. The left bottom corner shows statistics on the number of relationships, leads, tasks, etc.
When you click on an object name, its page will open. When you click on a user name, a dialog box with the information about the user opens.
