Parameters
Period * – a time period for generating a report. This period includes all the tasks, whose due date falls within the specified period. The field is required.
Job Positions – job positions, occupied by the required users. Select the required job positions from the drop-down list or click and select them in the dialog box. If no job positions are selected in this field, the report is generated for all the positions.
Below the Job Positions field are check-boxes for selecting task types to include in the report. To select a type, check one of the boxes. You can select several types at the same type.
If none of the task types is selected, the report is generated for all the types.
Note, that the Project tasks and Document tasks parameters are only available if the user have the Projects+ and ECM+ applications activated.
Show tasks of locked users – allows displaying the tasks, assigned to locked users.
Consider business calendar – the system will calculate the number of days a task is overdue for according to the business calendar. By default, the system uses the default calendar for calculation. If the administrator has created a business calendar, it will be used in this report.
Due Date – specify a custom period manually. This field is available only if Custom is selected in the Period * field.
