Parameters
Period *– a time period for generating a report. This period includes all the tasks, whose due date falls within the specified period. The field is required.
Custom – set a period manually. When you select this option, the Due Date parameter becomes available, where you can select the required time period.
This week, Last week, This month, Last month, This year, Last year – select one of these periods. Note, that when you select This week/ month/ year the period is selected up to the current date. In this case, the tasks, whose due date is after the current date, are not displayed in the report.
Job Positions – job positions, occupied by the required users. Select the required job positions from the drop-down list or click and select them in the dialog box. If no job positions are selected in this field, the report is generated for all the positions.
Below the Job Positions field are check-boxes for selecting task types to include in the report. To select a type, check one of the boxes. You can select several types at the same type.
If none of the task types is selected, the report is generated for all the types.
Note, that the Project tasks and Document tasks parameters are only available if the user have the Projects+ and ECM+ applications activated.
Show tasks of locked users – allows displaying the tasks, assigned to locked users.
Consider business calendar – the system will calculate the number of days a task is overdue for according to the business calendar. By default, the system uses the default calendar for calculation. If the administrator has created a business calendar, it will be used in this report.
Due Date – specify a custom period manually. This field is available only if Custom is selected in the Period *field.

Employee – a user, who has at least one task with the due date within the selected period. When you click on an employee name, a dialog box with information about this user opens;

Executing – total number of tasks, a user is currently executing. This column shows tasks with the following statuses: New, Read, Execution Started;
Completed on time – total number of tasks, completed by the user on time within the specified period;
Overdue – total number of a user's overdue tasks over the specified period. If the completion date is later, than the Due Date of the task, then the task is considered overdue. This column displays completed overdue tasks;
Completed on time, % – percentage of completed tasks over the specified period. The value in the column is how the Completed on time value relates to the sum of the Completed on time and Overdue values;
Active overdue tasks – total number of overdue tasks at the moment of generating the report. Note that this column shows only active overdue tasks.
When you click on a blue digit in one of the columns, a report will be generated according to certain criteria: the column and the user (fig. 4). Note, that when generating a report, the system takes into account only one user and their tasks from the selected column.
