Leads


This section of ELMA contains information about the company's leads – perspective customers.
You can configure lead categories, to make them visible for different users, depending on their access permissions.
Fig. 1 shows an example of the Leads page.

The structure of this section is similar to the Contractors section. You can learn more about it in the respective Help section.
When you enable the Show only mine filter, the leads table shows only those leads, for which the current user is responsible.
The Show by status filter is used to display summary information on statuses of existing leads and to quickly open the list of leads with the required status. This filter is enabled by default when you open the Leads section.
When you select this filter, a table with information on lead statuses is shown (fig. 2). Next to a status, you can see the number of leads with this status. When you click on a status name, the leads table shows only the leads with this status. You can select only one status at a time.

Note, that the Show only mine and Show by statuses filters can be applied simultaneously. For example, to display the list of leads, created by the current user and having the New status, enable the Show only mine and Show by status filters, and in the status table select the New status.
The active filter is highlighted dark-yellow.
Group actions for leads
You can select several leads in the Leads section by checking the boxes to the left (fig. 3).

To select all the leads on the page, check in the table header. The drop-down menu of this box allows selecting all the leads.

After selecting the required leads, you can apply different group actions to them by using the Selected button in the toolbar (fig. 4).

Assign me to the selected leads – the current user will be assigned as the responsible for the selected leads.
Assign the responsible for the selected leads – in the opened dialog box, select a user to assign responsible for the selected leads.
Add calls (meetings, mail) to the selected leadscreate relationships with the selected leads.
Activate the selected leads – set the "New" status to the selected leads.
Change the type of the selected leads – change the type of the selected leads according to the Lead Type object in the opened dialog box.
Select a marketing activity for the selected leads – select a marketing activity for the selected leads.
Delete the selected leads.
Start Process – start a process for the selected lead.
