You can save MS Word and MS Excel documents to ELMA with the ELMA Plugin for Microsoft Office. This plugin is installed automatically when you install ELMA Agent.
You can enable/disable this plugin in ELMA Agent. Open ELMA Agent, click Settings in the user menu and open the Extensions tab (fig. 1).

To disable this plugin, click Disable. The button will change to .
To enable this plugin, click Enable. The button will change to .
Using ELMA Plugin for Microsoft Office
ELMA Plugin for Microsoft Office allows saving MS Word and MS Excel documents to ELMA.
When you enable this plugin, MS Word and MS Excel display the ELMA tab (fig. 2) and the Add-Inns tab (fig. 3).

The buttons on these tabs provide the same features.
When you click Save in ELMА a dialog box opens (fig. 4), where you need to fill in the fields.

Document name – the name of the document.
Folder – the folder the document will be uploaded to. To select a folder, click Browse.

Save in the document list – defines, whether the document will be displayed in the Documents section of ELMA Agent. To save the document to ELMA, click Save.
Working with ELMA objects in MS Outlook
You can work with ELMA objects in MS Outlook by using ELMA Outlook plugin. This plugin is installed automatically when you install ELMA Agent. You can enable/disable this plugin in the same way as the ELMA Agent plugin for Microsoft Office.
