You can bind web documents with folders. As a result, such folders display the web document instead of the folder content (Fig. 1). You can still create sub-folders and documents in such folders.
This option is useful when it is necessary to provide users with instructions or guidelines for working with documents in this folder. Thus, when opening the folder a user will be offered to read the web document, after which they can start working with the documents in the folder.

In order to bind a web document to a folder, click Actions – Bind Web Document in the toolbar of the required folder. In the opened dialog box (Fig. 2), select the web document you want to bind. Click Save.

You can select a web document from the drop-down list or by clicking . You can also add a new document if you click .
If you bound a Web Document with a folder, the folder icon will change to .

Clicking the Document button opens a drop-down menu that allows you to create a document in this folder.
