There are several ways to connect ELMA Designer to a configuration:
Go to the ELMA Designer start window, click To the list of configurations and click Add Configuration (Fig. 1);

In the main menu of ELMA Designer, go to the Configurations section and click Add (Fig. 2).

In the opened dialogue box (Fig. 3), fill in the required fields and click OK.

Fig. 3 features a dialogue box for adding a remote configuration. Fill in the required field and click OK.
Configuration Name *– Name of the configuration that you want to add. This name will be shown in the start window and in the configuration list of the main menu of ELMA Designer. This field is required.
Server Address*– ELMA Server address. Through this address ELMA Designer accesses the configuration. The server address must be specified in the following way: http://<ELMA_server_address>:<port>. The port is specified at the sixth step of system installation. This field is required.
Use the server address when emulation scripts* – this setting allows choosing the server address that is used as the address of the page being opened while emulating scripts:
