Portlet page settings

Adding a portlet
When you configure a portlet page, you add and configure portlets and the page's access settings (fig. 2).

Portlets on this page can be in one or two columns. You can select the portlet layout option, when creating the page.
To add a portlet to the page, click Add Portlet in the top menu and select the required portlet (fig. 3).

The selected portlet will be added to the left column. To move the portlet to another spot, drag it there (fig. 4).

If you selected Configurable when creating the page, the toolbar of this form will contain the Add Area button, and the Add Portlet button will be in the configured area (fig. 5).

When you click Add Area you have to select the portlet layout on the page (fig. 6).

To add a portlet to one of the areas, click Add Portlet in the required area (fig. 7).

Deleting a portlet
To delete a portlet, click , to the right of the portlet name.

Return to the previous page.
Configure access to this page.

Text page settings

By default, a text page has One column layout type, which contains an HTML portlet. You cannot change the portlets layout type. If necessary, you can add portlets.
When you configure a text page, you configure and fill in the HTML portlet, and add portlets.

Role page settings

Role page is a set of pages. Each of the pages is available to a particular user or group (fig. 8).

To add a page, click Add Page in the toolbar.
Fill in the required fields in the opened window (fig. 9).

Page * – select a page to bind with the role page from the drop down list. To search a page, click .
Assigned Roles – users, user groups or organizational structure items, which will get access to this page. To add them, click Add and select a user, user group or organizational structure item.
For example, if you select Indicators - Accountant in the Page * field and Accountant in the Assigned Roles field, then this role page will display the Indicators – Accountant page when opened by an accountant (fig. 10).

To continue, click Add or Cancel.
Since a user can be included in several groups or organizational structure items, you have to define, which page will be displayed for this user as the default page, if the user has access to several pages of this role page.
The user will see the first page from the list, to which they have access. Therefore, you need to order the pages from the highest to the lowest priority. To move the page to another spot, drag it there.
When you click , to the right of the Assigned Roles, all the users, user groups and organizational structure items with access to this page will be displayed (fig. 11).

To configure a page, bound to a role page, click , to the right of the page name. A window will open, similar to the one for creating a page. To delete the page binding to the role page, click .
Toolbar buttons:
Edit the page parameters. When you click this button, a window opens, similar to the one for creating a page.
Add a page to this role page.
Assign access permissions to the role page.
