On the Advanced Tab you can attach instructions to the task and type a message that will be displayed to users after completing the task.

In the Document ID field you can enter an ID of the document that contains instructions on the current task. In Web Application, on the task page a user will see the icon next to the task name (fig.2). If the instructions are in a web document, then it will open in a pop-up window when a user clicks the icon in Web Application. If you use a document type that is different from the web document by clicking the icon the user will be able to download the specified file.

To add instructions for the users:
In ELMA Web Application create or open an existing Web document with the task instructions. Make sure that the executors have access to the document;
Copy the the document ID (Fig. 3) and insert it in the Document ID field on the Advanced tab (see Fig. 1);

When a user will open this task in Web Application, the button will appear next to the name of the task (fig. 2). Click on it to open a web document with instructions for the current task. It will open in a new window (fig. 4).

After completing the task in Web Application, the user will see the text that you enter in the Message after Completion field. It will be displayed at the top of the task form (Fig. 5). The message may contain additional information on the process progress and instructions for further action.
