Apart from the above mentioned users, there are participants in a process. For each process you can select context variables that process participants will see in Web Application, on the pages of this process' instances.
Click Settings - Visibility of Variables in the process toolbar in ELMA Designer (Fig. 1).

In the opened window (Fig. 2) select the variables that you want to make visible to all the participants of the process.
On the left-hand side you can see the process context variables. On the right-hand side you can see the variables that will be displayed to all participants on the process instance pages in Web Application.
There are two ways to move a variable from left to right:
select the variable in the list and click Move,
click on the icon next to the variable that you want to move.
If you want to delete a variable from the list of displayed variables, click Delete to the right of the variable name.
