Process Page

A process page is the main tool for business process modeling and configuration.

At the top of the page there is a toolbar; below the toolbar you can see several tabs, each representing a page section.

The process page has the following tabs (sections):

Graphic Model – A graphical representation of the process in accordance with the BPMN standard.
Context – Objects and data used in the process.
Responsibility matrix – Defines the roles of the process participants. Depending on the selected role, the participants have different process permissions and different levels of access to information about the process instance execution.
Metrics and KPIs – Measurable parameters of the process or its instances.
Forms – Forms created with the Form Builder and used in the current process instances.
Scripts - Program code that automate some of the process stages.
Settings - System variables used in scripting and reporting.
Policies – This section contains data used to generate the process policies (a document that defines the sequence of activities and their executors, the result of each activity and the whole process).
Version history - the list of previous process versions; any version can be used as the current draft.

You can view and edit the information in each section.
