Process Page

A process page is the main tool for business process modeling and configuration.
At the top of the page there is a toolbar; below the toolbar you can see several tabs, each representing a page section.

The process page has the following tabs (sections):
  • Graphic Model – A graphical representation of the process in accordance with the BPMN standard.
  • Context – Objects and data used in the process.
  • Responsibility matrix – Defines the roles of the process participants. Depending on the selected role, the participants have different process permissions and different levels of access to information about the process instance execution.
  • Metrics and KPIs – Measurable parameters of the process or its instances.
  • Forms – Forms created with the Form Builder and used in the current process instances.
  • Scripts - Program code that automate some of the process stages.
  • Policies – This section contains data used to generate the process policies (a document that defines the sequence of activities and their executors, the result of each activity and the whole process).
  • Version history - the list of previous process versions; any version can be used as the current draft.
You can view and edit the information in each section.
