Company
In this section you can view general information about all the ELMA users, and perform several actions (create a task, send a message, create an event, etc.).
The Company section displays:
-
employee search form;
-
data blocks with information on each ELMA user.
There are two ways to open the Company section in ELMA:
Fig. 1 illustrates an example of the Company section.
At the top of the page there is a month selector. Depending on the selected period, the page shows different data blocks.
Click
to select the previous month; click
to select the next month.


If you select the month, other than the current month, the period name becomes red and the
icon appears to the right. When you click this icon, the current month is selected.

There is a user filter form at the top of the page. When filtering with the search string, the user group is automatically created. You can apply several operations to the user group, if necessary. Please note that when filtering using the buttons below the search bar, the system will not create user groups automatically. When filtering, several users can be selected..
On the search form (below the search string) there are buttons, that allow filtering users by the following criteria:

All – show all the system users;
-
My Department – show only subordinate users of the current user (according to the company's organizational structure);

Previous Search – show the users, you have searched earlier.
Searching Users
To search a user, enter their name in the search string and press Enter or select the required user from the drop-down list.
After searching users, the Company page will change.
1. The search form will include an additional field, which displays the number of users in the group, and action buttons:

– close the group and reset the filter.
2. User data blocks, included in the group, will be outlined green and moved to the top of the list.3.icon will be displayed in the data blocks of the users, included in the group. When you mouse over a user photo, the icon changes to
; clicking on it, will remove the user from the group and the icon will change to

Display the number of tasks in the data block as completed tasks/total tasks. When you click on one of the numbers, the Tasks page opens with the respective filter. When active, the button is yellow.

Display the total number of approved time report hours for the current month in the data block. When active, the button is yellow.
