Task categories facilitate working with multiple tasks. Categories allow grouping tasks when searching, viewing time reports and showing tasks of a particular category in the Filter Data portlet. The list of task categories is in the Task Category object (fig. 1). You can find it in Administration - Basic Applications - Tasks or in Objects section, Tasks group.

To delete an item from the object, click near its name. The confirmation box will open (fig.2). To complete deleting, click Yes. To cancel deleting, click No.

To edit an object item, click near its name. The item page will open (fig. 3). A similar page opens, if you click the Create button on the Task Category page (fig. 1).

To save changes, click Save (fig. 3). To cancel changes, click Cancel.
