Viewing Process Improvements


You can find information about all the process improvements in Processes – Improvements.
The Improvements section consists of the following subsections:
  • All - this section displays all the improvements of the processes, where the current user is the initiator, participant, responsible, supervisor or owner (fig. 1).
  • My Improvements - this section displays all the process improvements, proposed by the current user (fig. 2).
  • Processes - this section displays all the processes with improvement proposals, where the current user is the owner or supervisor (fig. 3). Click on a process name to open the page with improvements of this process (fig. 6).
  • All Processes - this section displays the process tree, like the one in ELMA Designer (fig. 4). Click on a process name, to open the page with improvements of this process (fig. 6). This section is available only for those users, who has permissions to control all the process improvements. These permissions are assigned in Administration - Access Settings - Global Access Settings - Processes - Monitor all business process improvements.
  • Active - this section displays all the active instances of improvement processes, available to the user (fig. 5).
The Processes subsection opens by default (fig. 3).
You can edit the filter tree by clicking the Edit button.
When you click on the name of an improvement process instance, its page opens (fig. 7).

When you click on the name of an improvement process instance, the process instance page opens (Fig. 7).

Click Edit to change the data of the improvement process instance (Fig. 8).

After making the necessary changes, click Save.
