In ELMA, you can start a process from a user object page (unavailable for system objects). To use this feature, you have to configure the necessary settings. After that, the Start Process button will appear in the toolbar of the object page (fig. 1). You will also be able to select multiple object instances by checking their boxes.

When you click on this button, a dialog box for starting a business process opens (fig. 2), where you have to fill in the required fields and click Send

Process Instance Name* - enter the process instance name. If the process uses a naming template, this field will be filled in automatically. The field is required.
Process* - select a business process to start. The list displays all the processes, added to the Processes tab of the object page in ELMA Designer.
When you click Start, a new process instance will be started in ELMA and the first process task will be assigned to its executor (fig. 3)
