Group Page


To open a group page, click its name in Administration – Users – Groups. The group page displays all the information, specified when creating the group, and the permissions of this group.
Fig. 1 illustrates an example of a user group page.

Group Name – name of the user group.
Description – brief description of the user group.
Default Group – indicates, whether the users, created in ELMA will be automatically added to this group.
List of Group Members – the list of the user group members. The icon indicates active users, – locked users, – user groups, – organizational structure elements.
Permissions – the list of permissions of this group's members. The permissions are grouped into units according to the system sections. When you add permissions to a system section to the user group in Administration – Users – Access Settings – Global Access Settings, this permission will be added to the respective unit. By default, the units are expanded. To hide a unit, click ; to show a unit content, click .

Toolbar Buttons

Go to the previous page.
Open the editing page of the group.
