Licensing

ELMA Platform and applications, external system applications and system modules are licensed separately.

A standard license includes ELMA BPM Platform, which is the basis for all the ELMA products. ELMA KPI can be licensed separately from ELMA BPM (fig. 1).

ELMA BPM platform platform can be licensed separately, or as part of license packages, which include the platform and a set of ELMA applications. These are the packages:

ELMA BPM package, which includes ELMA ECM+ and ELMA KPI;
ELMA Projects+ package, which includes ELMA BPM and ELMA Projects+;
ELMA CRM+ package, which includes ELMA BPM and ELMA CRM+; ELMA BPM platform in the Community edition includes:
Web portal. It incorporates the main ELMA modules: Security, Tasks, Calendar, Documents, Messages, Portal;
Business process management;
Customer Management is a module for managing customers (CRM): contractors, relationship, deals and so on.
SOA Connector is a software tool, which allows external applications to interact with the ELMA system via HTTP requests or ELMA web services; ELMA BPM platform also includes ELMA Designer and ELMA Agent.

The Standard edition has the capability to use Single Sign On.

ELMA Projects+ includes the Project Management module (project tasks, deadlines, time reports, budget and so on).

ELMA ECM+ includes:
Document Management: tasks (approval, signing, acquaintance, decision-making), records management;
CryptoPro encryption provides the documents digital signature function via the CryptoPro system.

ELMA CRM+ includes:
IP telephony integration modules (Infratel, Asterisk);
Business process extensions, which allow working with the CRM module objects.

ELMA KPI application includes the Key Performance Indicators Management module. ELMA KPI license also includes:
Web portal which incorporates the main ELMA modules: Security, Tasks, Calendar, Documents, Messages, Portal;
SOA Connector. It is a software tool, which allows the external applications to interact with the ELMA system via HTTP requests or ELMA web services;

ELMA for MS SharePoint
ELMA ECM+ application modules:

Contract Management - ECM module extension for working with contracts.

Documents Barcoding allows generating and printing document barcodes, and search by them.
ELMA KPI external applications:

ELMA KPI for iPAD - ELMA KPI application for working on Apple iPad.
