Bar Chart portlet

The Bar Chart portlet shows the information about personal KPI or metric values.
Users are shown along the horizontal axis. KPI values are shown along the vertical axis.
The portlet displays values of the personal KPI for the current moment or for the current period (for periodic KPIs).
You can add the portlet to any available page in ELMA. It will allow you to monitor personal KPI values.
Personal metric values are colored blue.
The color of a personal KPI value corresponds to its status.

The header of the portlet can be changed in the portlet settings. It also contains the following buttons:
  • - the portlet is expanded. Clicking this button will collapse it.
  • - the portlet is collapsed. Clicking this button will expand it.
  • - portlet settings.
Features of the Bar Chart portlet settings:
  • Process – from the list of processes select the personal KPI that you want to take as a basis.
  • KPI/metric of a process - select a personal KPI or metric you want to monitor in this portlet.
  • Number of periods - you do not need to specify anything in this field. Regardless of the number of periods specified here the portlet will display personal KPI values for the current moment.
