Marketing object archive – is an ELMA section, that contains outdated or unused marketing objects, which were sent to archive by users (fig. 1). You can find the archive in CRM – Marketing – Archive.

You can restore or delete marketing objects in archive.
Moving a marketing object to archive
Attention!
When you send a group of marketing activities or a marketing activity to archive, all the nested objects (activities, events) are archived as well.
To send a marketing object to archive, open its page and click Actions – To Archive in the toolbar. To confirm sending the marketing object to archive, click Yes in the opened dialog box (fig. 2).

A dialog box will open, where you can add a comment on sending the object to archive. After that, click Send to Archive (fig. 3).

After sending the marketing object to archive, it will be marked with a grey icon in the Marketing section.
Restoring a marketing object from archive
To restore a marketing object from archive, open its page and click Actions – From Archive in the toolbar. A dialog box will open (fig. 4), where you can specify a reason for restoring the object from archive and click Restore from Archive.
