Document Version Statuses

In ELMA, each document version has a status. Statuses have color highlighting. Version statuses are shown in the Status column on the Versions tab.

These are the statuses:

  • Draft – the Mark as Current box has not been checked when uploading this version;
  • Outdated – currently inactive document version.
Another status, displayed in the column, is Locked. It means, that the document version is locked by the user. To lock a version, click Lock in the context menu of the required version.
After locking, this version will be unavailable for editing in Web Application and ELMA Agent.

The document version statuses have the following color scheme:

You can change the status of any version (except for the locked ones) by clicking Change Status – Current/Outdated in the context menu of the required version.
