Full Process Monitor displays the full tree of processes as it is shown in the Designer (Fig. 1). Convenient navigation in this section allows monitoring a large number of processes, when it is unreasonable to display all items in a flat list. Only the users, who have permissions for the Full Monitor, will be able to see this section. An administrator can grant these permissions in Administration - Access settings - Global Access Settings - Processes - Access to the "Full Process Monitor" section.
Full Process Monitor subsection contains a toolbar, a quick and advanced search box and the table with the process tree.
Clicking Expand All and Collapse All will show or hide the process tree.
Completed - the number of completed process instances;
Interrupted - the number of interrupted process instances;
Active tasks - the number of currently active tasks.
To go to the page of a particular process, click on its name.
Clicking on the digits (that indicate the number of active, completed or interrupted process instances and the number of tasks) will open the corresponding page. This page will display either the Processes tab or the Tasks tab depending on your choice.
