Administrator Guide

This section is intended for the ELMA system administrators. The Administrator Guide describes the system installation and updating, licensing scheme and the main system settings. These settings include general settings, general access settings, global access settings, portal settings and so on. To learn about the configuration settings (objects, business processes settings) see implementation guide.
The system settings are in the Administration section of Web Application.
In fig. 1 you can see the Administration section home page.

By default, only the ELMA system administrator can configure the system on this page. The administrator grants access permissions to this section in Administration – Users – Access Settings – Global Access Settings – Administration – System Administration.
ELMA has a default administrator profile with the admin login. No password is required. When signing in for the first time we recommend, that you change the password for this profile.
In the Administration section, all the available settings are grouped in sections. The number of available sections depends on the installed components of the ELMA system and the access permissions, granted by the administrator in Administration – Users – Access Settings – Global Access Settings. When you open a section, the left menu will display subsections of this section.
