Mobile Application for iOS

After you start the ELMA BPM app its main page is displayed.
To update the information in one of the app's sections, swipe down. To update all the data in all of the sections, tap Synchronize.

Main page

An example of the main page is in fig. 1.

The main page of the application includes two sections: Tasks and Company Employees .
The Tasks section contains all the incoming tasks of the current user. When you tap on a task name, its page opens.
Above the task list is the incoming tasks search string and the company employees search string. You can search tasks by their subjects, and employees by their names.
The Company Employees section is similar to the Company Employees portlet. When you tap on an employee's name or photo, their profile is shown (fig. 2). In this dialog box, you can also create a task or send a message to the user. To close the window, tap Completed.

The application menu at the bottom of the page contains six buttons:
Update the list of tasks and messages in the application.
Go to the main page.
Go to the Tasks section. The number indicates how many active tasks you have at the moment.
Go to the Control section. The number indicates how many  tasks you control.
Go to the Messages section. The number shows how many unread messages you have.
When you tap this button, a list of actions is displayed:
  • Logoutlog out of the application;
  • Clear Storage – clear the app's cache;
  • Open Website – open ELMA Web Application in the web browser.
  • Application Settings - open the settings window of the ELMA BPM mobile application.

Application Settings

To open application settings (fig. 3), tap  More > Application Settings  at the bottom of the application page (iPad) or tap the gear icon in the upper right corner of the screen (iPhone).

Settings are divided into following sections:
Allow ELMA BPM to access
ELMA BPM Settings. Content
Some settings of the ELMA BPM for iOS (Interface Language, Update Interval and Use "lazy" download) are similar to the corresponding settings of ELMA BPM for  Android.
Internet Service
This section allows you to configure WiFi and cellular network settings for data downloads.
About the application
Version. Shows the number of the current ELMA BPM version installed on the mobile device.

Tasks Section

In this section, all the incoming user tasks are displayed in the form of a table (Figure 4). This table and the task list are similar to the task list in Web Application, except that the table does not contain information about the process instance, process and creation date.

The Tasks section in the ELMA BPM mobile application is available without an Internet connection. The list displays synchronized tasks. In offline mode, you can go to the task page, view attached files, and perform task actions using the buttons in the top menu. All changes will be synchronized with the server, once the connection is established again.
To open a task page, tap on the task name.
The top menu of the section contains two search strings and the button (fig. 4):

To the right of the Search by Author string there is the button. Tap this button to open a drop down menu (fig. 6):

Control section

This section displays the tasks, under control of the current user (fig. 7).

This section includes two tabs:
The active tab is highlighted yellow. The number to the right of the tab name shows how many tasks you have.
The information in these tabs is displayed as a table, which contains: task type, subject, author, due date, priority.
The top menu of this section is similar to the Tasks section menu. The list of tasks under control is available offline.

Messages section

This section displays all the messages of the current user. This section is similar to the Messages section of ELMA Web Application (fig. 8).

In the offline mode, only synchronized messages are available for viewing.
