"Users" Portlet

This portlet is intended for the ELMA system administrator. By default, it displays:

User List – view and edit user pages, add users to the system, appoint users to job positions, lock users, change passwords, import users from LDAP;
Group List – create, view and edit user groups;
Absence Schedule – add, edit, delete and substitute absent users;
Substitutions – assign substitutions for employees, view the list of absent users;
Active Users – view authenticated user sessions in the Users section.

Click Users, to go to Administration - Users .

Portlet management buttons:

– the portlet is expanded. Click this button to collapse it.

– the portlet is collapsed. Click this button to expand it.

Custom Portlet Settings

Each portlet has general settings, configured by the system administrator. Users can change the custom portlet settings, when configuring the main page (fig. 2).

The settings in fig. 2 are general. To learn more about them, see the respective Help section.

After you have completed configuration, click:

Save - settings will be saved and the window will be closed.

Save and continue - settings will be saved, but the window will not be closed and you will be able to continue configuring.
