"Block" type object property display in the web application


In Web Application, a "Block" type object property is displayed as a table (fig. 1).

Working with block entries

You can create block entries in Web Application when creating or editing an object instance (fig. 2).

To add an entry to a block, click Add; to edit a block entry click or double click the required entry.
To delete an entry, click . To confirm deleting, click OK in the opened dialog box.

Adding and editing entries

There are several ways to add and edit block entries in Web Application (depending on the settings, configured when creating the "Block" property):
To edit a block entry in a pop-up window click ; to edit it in a Table, double click the required entry.

Grouping block entries

You can group block entries, depending on the settings, configured when creating the "Block" property. To group entries, drag the required column name to the grouping form (fig. 5).

After that, the data in the table will be grouped by the selected property (fig. 6).

To cancel grouping, click .

Display of nested object properties in a block

If a block contains an Object type property with nested properties, Web Application will display the selected nested properties (fig. 7).
For the nested object properties to be displayed, first you need to configure their display in ELMA Designer.

In this example (fig. 7), the object is Training Course, and the Hours and Lecturer are nested properties that will be filled in depending on the selected object.
