General Settings of the CRM+ Module


You can configure general settings of the CRM module in Administration – System – System Settings, General Settings of the "CRM+" Module unit (fig. 1).

To edit the general settings of the CRM module, click the button. Configure the required settings in the opened dialog box (fig. 2) and click Save.

Allow to select contractor in tasks:
  • Yes – display the To field on the task creation form. When you fill in this form, the selected object (contractor/ contact/ lead/ deal) will be attached to the task. In this case, the created task will be displayed on the object's page, and the task page will contain the link to this object's page.
  • No – the To field will not be displayed on the task creation form and the created task will not be attached to the object.
Show completed tasks on contractor/deal pages:
Allow automatic search of lead duplicates:
 
Yes  when creating a lead, it will be checked for duplicates in accordance with the scoring table.
 
No  when creating a lead, it will not be checked for duplicates.
Default currency when creating a new deal – select the default currency for the created deals. The currencies are in the Currency object.
Default deal type when creating a new deal – select the default deal type when creating a deal. The deal types are in the Deal Type object.
Lead status after a relationship is added – select the lead status, which will be set after creating a relationship for this lead.
Checking permissions to edit relationships – select the edit permissions option.
  • Permissions to edit the bound object - user with permissions to edit a CRM object, will also have permissions to edit the bound relationships.
  • Permissions to view the bound object - user with permissions to edit a CRM object, will also have permissions to view the bound relationships.
