Only users with the "Full Access" permissions can grant access to public channels. These users can assign public channel permissions on the channel page, Subscribers page (fig. 1).

To grant access permissions, click Add, below the permissions table. Select the required object for assigning permissions in the opened window and click Select. Check the permissions boxes for the selected object and click Save.
To delete an object, click the button , to the left of the required object.
Permission Levels
Read/Comment – permissions to read public channel messages and comment them.
Edit – permissions to read and comment the messages and edit the channel parameters.
Full Access – full access permissions, including assigning permissions to the public channel. When this box is checked, other permissions are added automatically.
