The owner of the process to improve has to consider the proposal and make a decision, whether to approve or reject it:
If the process owner approves the improvement proposal, they have to select an executor, set an due date, add a comment and click Approve. The selected executor will receive a task to improve the process.
If the process owner rejects the improvement proposal, they can click Reject and the process will be completed.
