Improving a Process

If the process owner approves the improvement proposal, the executor of the improvement will receive a task to Improve the Process (fig. 1).

The improvement executor can find the necessary information on the task page (fig. 2).

After improving the process, the executor has to fill in the Executor's Note field.

Next, click Completed at the bottom of the page or in the toolbar.

The process will be completed.
