New – a new lead, before creating relationships with it.
In work – this status is assigned to a lead automatically, after creating the first relationship or by clicking Actions – In workin the toolbar of the lead page.
Unable to reach – this status is assigned to a lead by clicking Actions – Unable to reach in the toolbar of the lead page. This status is used if a sales rep was unable to contact the perspective customer and the further development is unclear at the moment.
Unqualified – this status is assigned by clicking Actions – Failure in the toolbar of the lead page. When you click this button, a dialog box opens (fig. 1), where you need to fill in the required field and click Failure.

Comment *– a comment to the reason for setting this status. This field is required.
Create Contractor Page – if you check this box, a contractor will be automatically created (based on the information from the lead page). Note, that this option is available only once for each lead.
After you click this button, the lead remains in the list of leads but its page features only the Actions button with two options:
Activate – make the lead active again.
Delete – delete the lead.
Qualified – this status is assigned after converting a lead. After converting, the lead remains in the list of leads, but its page features the Actions – Delete button. If you change the lead name during conversion, its page will contain an additional field - Derived Contractor with the new name of the lead.
