SMS notifications – is an ELMA feature, which allows sending SMS notifications about relevant activities in ELMA to a specified mobile number.
You have to configure the system to enable automatic sending of SMS notifications. SMS notifications can be sent to a user when the user is assigned a high priority task.
To receive notifications, a user has to fill in the Phone Number field on the Contacts tab in the user profile.
The standard template of an SMS notification is as follows:
Task Name – according to the Subject *field.
URL-link – a link to the page of the current task in ELMA Web Application. The link has the following format: http://<ELMA_server_address>:<port>/Tasks/Task/Execute/<task ID>
2. Using EQL-search. In the Tasks section, open the EQL-search form and enter the following query: Id = <task ID, specified in the SMS notification> and press Enter. To learn more about EQL search, see the respective Help section.
The system administrator configures SMS notifications in Administration – System Settings – SMS notification settings. To learn more, see the respective Help section.
