User Profile


This page is partly similar to the user profile page. To open a user profile, click a user name in the list.
A user profile allows:
To perform these actions, you need access permissions, assigned by the system administrator in Administration – Users – Access Settings – Global Access Settings – Administration – Users Administration.
The links under the user photo allow:

If the ELMA KPI application is activated in the system and performance matrices templates are configured for the current user, a list of performance matrices will be displayed on the user profile page. This list is partly similar to the Performance matrix portlet.
Toolbar buttons
The toolbar buttons are similar to the ones in the user profile.

Groups

This unit displays user groups, this user is in.
This unit has a subunit - The user participates in this group via other groups or job positions.

Permissions

This unit contains the list of ELMA modules, the user has access to.
The permissions are divided into subunits with orange headers. These permissions are assigned in Administration – Access Settings – Global Access Settings.
Links to actions
The right part of the page contains links to different actions with the user profile. All the links to actions are described in this article, however, this page features the Change password at next sign in button (fig. 2).

Change password at next sign in – set forced password change when the user signs in to the system next time. When you click this button, a confirmation dialog box opens (fig. 3) where you need to click Yes.

After confirming forced password change, the page will feature the Cancel forced password change button (fig. 4).

Cancel forced password change – cancel forced password change at the next user sign in to the system. When you click on this link, a confirmation dialog box opens (fig. 5), where you need to click Yes.
