Subscribing to a Contractor

You can track changes that are being made to a contractor (creating/deleting linked objects, changing access and other). Notifications about these changes are displayed in the messages sections and on the Activity tab of the contractor page.

If a user is not subscribed to a contractor, they will receive notifications about the contractor only if the user is responsible, participant or informed on this contractor.

A user with the respective access permissions can assign subscription to a contractor on the contractor page.

Subscription for the current user

To subscribe to a contractor, open the contractor page and click

in the upper right corner.

If the user is subscribed to the contractor, instead of the

icon, the

icon will be displayed and the user will be receiving notifications. The user can cancel the subscription to the contractor by clicking the icon again. It will change back to

, and the user will not be receiving notifications any more.

Subscription for any user

To subscribe any user, open the contractor page and click Actions – Observers List in the toolbar (fig. 1).

In the opened dialog box (fig. 2) click Add, select the required user and click Save.

To delete users from the list, click

To save the changes, click Save.
