To print out the current organizational structure model, go to the Organizational Structure tab of ELMA Designer and click Print in the top toolbar (Fig. 1).

There are two steps in preparing the model for printing.
Step 1. Print settings.

The required fields are marked with a red asterisk. The fields must be specified in pixels (100 pixels = 1,5 cm).

By default, the size of the printed document is the one specified in the Paper size field as shown in Fig. 2. The model's scale will be reduced if necessary.
If necessary, the model can be printed out on several pages. For that, click Paginate Document, and manage the document layout in the Edit Pagination window (Fig. 4).

By default, the modeling sheet is divided between several pages; their maximum size depends on the selected format (Fig. 2). In the Edit pagination window, the pages are divided by a red dash line (Fig. 4). You can change the page size by moving the blue sliders of each page (Fig. 5).

The toolbar of the Edit pagination window features the following controls:
Control Button
Description
Start printing.
Cancel printing, close the Edit pagination window and go back to the modeling sheet.
Change the scale of the organizational structure model.
Printing with page numbers – the pages will be printed with their numbers at the center (Fig. 6).
Show Page Position – each printed page will feature the overall layout of the pages in the Edit pagination window. It is displayed as a table, where the current page has its own cell (Fig. 7).
This control button allows you to select the frame of the pages:
Page-by-page – each page featuring the organizational structure model will have its own frame;
Common frame – all the pages featuring the organizational structure model will have only one common frame.
This button allows you to preview the pages before they are printed.
