Business calendar is a calendar for the current year, that takes weekends and holidays into account.
ELMA business calendar has a convenient color scheme, which facilitates viewing the scheduled events. For example, the working hours fields (according to the company's business calendar) are white, the non-working hours are grey and the current day is dark-yellow.
Fig. 1 illustrates a calendar with different scheduled events.
By default ELMA business calendar has these settings:
working days are from Monday till Friday;
weekend is Saturday and Sunday;
a working day starts at 9AM and ends at 6PM;
lunch is from 12PM to 1PM.
If you need to create a personal schedule, holidays or additional working days, create your own business calendar. It will be displayed in Administration - Calendars - Common Calendars.
