Specifics of business process policy settings
On the Normative References tab under the policies tab of the process page, the references are inherited from the global settings. The inherited elements cannot be changed, but you can add other elements to the list, if the current process is based on them.
All the inherited settings are displayed on grey background. The added or changed elements have white background.
