Portlets can be customized, and therefore are useful for organizing a workplace. The required portlets are added to the main pages by users or the administrator. Thus, users have quick access to all the necessary information, view web documents and html-pages, added to the main page and so on.
You can change the set of portlets and their location in the page settings, and select what information to display in the portlet settings. Fig. 1 illustrates a main page with HTML and Web Document portlets.

Portlets can be informational or contain quick access links to the frequently used actions and processes. Fig. 2 illustrates an "HTML" portlet with the secretary responsibilities. This portlet allows arranging the text, adding images, tables, links and so on.

Fig. 3 illustrates a "Web Document" portlet. This portlet allows displaying a web document, selected in the portlet settings.
