To see all publications connected to the document go to the Links tab on the document page. Number of links is shown to the left of the tab name.

The Links tab has the following buttons:
Add Links button, that opens Add Linked Documents dialog box;
table that reflects all the documents connected to the current document.
The two following buttons are displayed to the right of each link:
– edit a link;
– delete a link.
Creating a connection
There are several ways to add links (Fig. 2):
by either adding a new document with consequent automatic connection to the current document;
or by linking it with a document, which already exists in the system.

Linking a new document
In order to make a connection with a new document click the Linked Document button in the toolbar. Clicking this button opens the Create a document window. Afterwards the newly created document will be automatically linked to the current document.
Adding existing document
To add a link to an existing document click Add Links at the top of the Links tab. In the appeared window (Fig. 3) fill in the required fields and click Add button.

Link Name – name of the linked document.
Documents – select the required document (several documents can be selected). Document can be selected from the drop down list or by clicking on button. You can also create a new document, by clicking the button. To delete selected document from the list, click on . If you click From file a dialog box for creating a document based on a file will open (fig.4).

This dialog box contains the following fields:
File *– upload a file from your computer;
Folder *– select a folder for the new document. To select a folder, click . To clear this field, click ;
Copy Access Permissions – automatically inherit access permissions of the document, for which you are creating a link.
After making the required changes, click Create Document. The created document will be displayed in the list under the Documents field (fig. 3).
Note that created connection between particular documents will be displayed on their pages.
