"Document List" Portlet

By default, this portlet (fig. 1) displays the contents of a particular folder (sub-folders and documents), selected in the portlet settings.

Click on a folder name to open its page.

Click on a document name to open its page.

Click the portlet name to go to the Documents section and open the folder, displayed in the portlet.

The portlet data are displayed as a table. By default, the portlet contains up to 15 documents. To learn more, see Data display table.

Portlet management buttons:

– the portlet is expanded. Click this button to collapse it.

– the portlet is collapsed. Click this button to expand it.

– open the custom portlet settings.

Custom Portlet Settings

Each portlet has general settings, configured by the system administrator. Users can change the custom portlet settings, when configuring the main page.

Folder Type – select a folder type: Folder, My Documents, Favorites. If you select My Documents or Favorites, the Folder to Show field is not displayed.

Folder to Show – select the folder to display in the portlet. To do so, click

, to clear the field, click

Show Web Document – display web documents in the portlet:

	Yes – the portlet will display web documents.
	No – the portlet will not display web documents.

If you need to configure additional settings, click Advanced and fill in the required fields. To learn more, see Portlet Settings.

After you have completed configuration, click:

Save - settings will be saved and the window will be closed.

Save and continue - settings will be saved, but the window will not be closed and you will be able to continue configuring.

If you need to display documents, corresponding with certain criteria, instead of a particular folder, create a filter and use the "Filter Data" portlet.
